Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
On 6th April 2009, David Capstick, a person discharging managerial responsibility, exercised 2500 options to subscribe to ordinary 2p shares, the exercise consisted of 2500 options at 268p.
Mr Capstick immediately sold 2500 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 453.729634p. These share options were due to expire at the end of April.
Following this transaction, Mr Capstick's interest remains 11,314 ordinary shares in the Company.
