Vesting of Deferred Share Awards
The Company announces that, on 15 April 2020, the Deferred Share Awards granted on 15 April 2016 under the Clarkson PLC 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") vested following the end of a four-year deferral period. The following Executive Directors acquired ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company in connection with the vesting and sold part of their acquired shares to fund tax liabilities arising from the vesting.
