Director Shareholding

The Board of RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Group") announces that it received notification on 20 March 2012 that RBC Trustees (Guernsey) Limited, trustees of the Brode Life Interest Trust, had transferred 2,300,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Group to Mr Andrew Brode. Mr Brode is the life tenant of the trust and the Executive Chairman of the Group.

Following the above transaction, the Brode family interests in the ordinary shares of the Group will remain at 18,034,812 shares, representing 42.62% of the issued share capital.
