DIRECTORS' DEALINGS Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc. (the "Company") announces that last Friday 17August William Lindqvist, Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased10,000 Common Shares of the Company ("Common Shares"), 6,900 of which at a priceof C$ 3.11 per share and 3,100 of which at a price of C$ 3.22 per share. The Company also announces that Tony Shearer, Non Executive Chairman of theCompany, yesterday purchased 40,000 Common Shares at a price of C$ 2.97 pershare. Following his purchase, Mr. Lindqvist has an interest of 10,000 Common Sharesrepresenting 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital and 50,000 options topurchase 50,000 Common Shares at an exercise price of C$ 4.62 expiring on 6December, 2010. In addition, following his purchase Mr. Shearer has an interest in 543,834Common Shares representing 1.11% of the Company's issued share capital and50,000 options to purchase 50,000 Common Shares at an exercise price of C$ 4.50expiring on 15 September, 2010.
