Director's shareholding
Chamberlin plc (CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, was informed on 6 September 2013 that Mr David Roberts, the Company's Group Finance Director, has acquired 5,000 Chamberlin ordinary shares, representing 0.06 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company. The shares were acquired on 6 September 2013 at a price of 110 pence per share.
Mr Roberts has no other interest in the share capital of Chamberlin.
