Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that, on 4 March 2010, Richard Tolkien, non-executive Director, exercised options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.06% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 12.0 pence per share. These options were granted on an unapproved basis outside of the Company's EMI arrangements.
Subsequent to the above exercise, on 4 March 2010, Richard Tolkien sold 79,889 shares at a price of 27.0 pence per share.
Following this exercise and sale, Richard Tolkien holds 66,700 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.04% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
