Director/PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received notice of changes to the Shareholding of the following Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Duties ("PDMRs"):

The Company received notice on 25 February 2010 from Stephanie George, a non-executive Director, that on 5 June 2009, 3,700 ordinary shares in the Company were purchased on behalf of Ms George and her husband in New York, at a price of $6.477 each. Ms George's total shareholding is now 3,700 shares.
