The Company announces that, on 5 December 2011, Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company, bought 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 14 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Grimmond has a beneficial interest in 4,928,337 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, representing 12.92 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
