The Company was informed that on 21 September 2021 Andrew Shepherd, Chief Executive Officer, exercised awards over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2010 Brooks Macdonald Long Term Incentive Scheme (the "LTIS") as set out in the table below. Following the exercise, some of the new Shares were sold at a price of 2304.2455p per share to meet the income tax and National Insurance liabilities due.

The Company was notified by JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT now holds 555,558 Shares, representing 3.43% of the Company's total voting rights.
