Directors' Shareholdings
Indus Gas Limited ("the Company") was informed today that on 6 June 2008 Marc Holtzman, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.80 per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Holtzman holds 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
