Purchase of Shares by a Director
On 15 September 2008, Charlemagne Capital Limited ("Charlemagne", the "Company"), was notified of a purchase of shares in the Company by Michael Baer, non-executive Chairman of the Company.
Mr Baer purchased 102,800 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at an average price of 28.91p per share.
As a result of this purchase, Michael Baer now has an interest in 102,800 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each or 0.036% of the total number of Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each in issue.
