Notification of transactions by person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and by connected persons

REA announces that it has today received notification, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, that on 4 January 2013 Fleetwood-Hesketh Limited, being a person connected with Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, sold in London 7,281 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of £1 each in REA at a price of 108 pence per share.
