AFH Financial Group PLC, a leading financial planning led wealth management firm, announces that the Company has been notified that Alan Hudson, Chief Executive Officer, has today sold 600,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.4% of the Company, for tax planning purposes.
Mr Hudson remains strongly aligned to the long term success of AFH and will continue to hold 5,955,700 ordinary shares representing 13.9% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, he has confirmed he has no plans to sell any further shares for 12 months.
