Director's interests in the shares of BTG plc ("BTG" or "the Company")

The Company has today been notified by Louise Makin, chief executive officer, that following the issue of a decree absolute in her divorce on 19 March 2013, she no longer has a beneficial interest in 93,553 ordinary shares of the Company that are held by her former husband. As a result, Dr Makin has a beneficial interest in 387,229 BTG ordinary shares, being 0.118% of the issued share capital.
