Notification of the Exercise of an Option and Acquisition of Shares by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.
The Company announces that on 21 December 2007 it was notified by Mrs Anita Graham, Executive Vice President, Corporate Business Services and Chief Administrative Officer of the acquisition in London on that day, of ordinary shares in the Company, following the exercise on the same day of an option over 10,432 ordinary 5p shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of ‚£5.26.
10,432 ordinary 5p shares in the Company were acquired by Mrs Graham being 0.002% of the issued shares of that class. As a result of this transaction, Mrs Graham has a total interest of 12,341 ordinary shares in the Company being 0.0022% of the issued shares of that class.
