Director/PDMR Shareholding

Travis Perkins plc (the "Company") was notified today that Mr Andrew Pike, Company Secretary and a member of the Company's Executive Committee, today sold 1,420 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 708p.

As a result, Mr Pike now has a beneficial interest in 5,085 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
