Homeserve Plc19 July 2006 It is announced that on 18 July 2006, the Homeserve Employee Trust which holdsshares for the benefit of employees, including directors, disposed of 15,000ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the capital of the Company. This equatesto 0.02% of the issued shares. The shares were used to satisfy the exercise ofoptions under the Executive Share Option Plan. The exercise price for 10,000shares was £6.61 and for the remaining 5,000 shares was £9.61.
