On October 31st, 2013 the Company was notified that Jonathan Keeling, Executive Deputy Chairman, had purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 48.5 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following the purchase is 2,534,334 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 11.37% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
