Deltex Medical Group plc has today been informed that, on 18 June 2010, Paul Mitchell, Finance Director of Deltex Medical, transferred 122,350 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Shares") at 11.50p each into his pension fund.

The beneficial interest of the aforementioned director in the Shares remains unchanged.
