Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 22 April 2010, it received notification that on the same day, David Southworth, a director of the Company, and Pamela Southworth, wife of David Southworth, each purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5p per share. Following these transactions, David Southworth is now beneficially interested in 5,410,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.87% of the issued share capital of the Company.
