Plant Health Care (AIM / CISX: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to the global agriculture markets, has been notified on 06 May 2013 that on 03 May 2013, Paul Schmidt, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 57,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 87p per share.
