On 23 February 2010, the following Directors exercised options over Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company granted under the Company's Executive Incentive Plan and Performance Share Plan in 2004, 2005 and 2006. Each Director sold a portion of his shares to settle the income tax and employee national insurance due on exercise at a market price of 421.225 pence.
