DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified of the following transaction in its Ordinary shares of 10 pence each by Terry Duddy, an executive director. 

On 28 May 2012, Mr. Duddy purchased 160,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 76.87 pence per share. The shares will be registered in his spouse's name, Melanie Duddy.

The notification by Mr. Duddy was received by the Company on 28 May 2012. 

Notification of this transaction is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
