Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 26 October 2018 that Barry Lau, Managing Partner of Adamas Asset Management (HK) Limited (which is associated with the Company's investment manager, Harmony Capital Investors Limited), acquired (via Surplus Gains Global Limited, a special purpose vehicle of which Mr Lau is the ultimate beneficial owner ("Surplus Gains"), 2,700,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in ADAM on 26 October 2018 for nil consideration but as supporting collateral for investments to be made on behalf of the transferors of the shares by Surplus Gains.
As a result, Mr. Lau is interested in 3,160,568 ordinary shares, representing 3.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
The attached notification gives further detail made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
