Director Shareholding
The Company has been informed that Tom Jarman, Chief Executive of the Company, today sold 140,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.25 pence per share as part of his personal tax planning arrangements. Accordingly, Mr. Jarman's beneficial interest in the Company is now 3,030,303 ordinary shares, representing 1.49 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
