EcoSecurities Group plc22 June 2007 22 June 2007 ECOSECURITIES GROUP PLC (the "Company") DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS AND SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS Dublin, Ireland - Further to this morning's announcement of, inter alia, aproposed placing of new ordinary shares and existing ordinary shares in theCompany ("Placing"), the proposed sale of approximately 9.4m existing ordinaryshares of 0.25 euro cents each in the Company ("Sale Shares") includes certaindirectors and significant shareholders which fall to be disclosed in accordancewith Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies. For the purpose of thisannouncement the disclosure date for the following transactions is 22 June 2007,although it should be noted that the sale of the Sale Shares is subject to theterms and conditions set out in the announcement released earlier today.
