UBM plc PURCHASE OF SHARES BY ESOP TRUST The company was notified on 30 October 2013 of dealings in its ordinary sharesof 10 pence each by the Trustee of the UBM Employee Share Ownership Trust,which is a discretionary Trust for the benefit of employees (includingexecutive directors) of the UBM group. Date of transaction: 29 October 2013 Nature of transaction: Purchase of 375,000 shares at an average price of 682.4393p per share, with a minimum price of 678.4888p and a maximum price of 688.4524p. The shares will be used to satisfy awards under UBM's share option andincentive plans.
