Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person
The Company announces that it was notified on 28 September 2011 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 413 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 550 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 September 2011.
Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,978,363 Ordinary Shares (53.33%).
