Transactions in respect of the HomeServe plc Share Incentive Plan (the 'SIP')
A number of Directors and PDMRs have purchased shares through the SIP (shares purchased by participants are known as partnership shares). For every two partnership shares purchased, participants receive one free matching share which normally vests after three years (outside the UK, matching shares are structured as conditional awards of shares).
Shares were purchased at a price of £6.280702 on 20 October 2016.
