Games Workshop Group PLC01 February 2008 Games Workshop Group PLC ("Games Workshop" or the "Company") Dealings by Director The Company was informed on Thursday 31st January 2008 that, on that day, TomKirby (Chairman) acquired 120,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") at 202 pence per Ordinary Share. This acquisition of Ordinary Shares represented approximately 0.39 per cent. ofthe Company's total voting rights.
