Directors Shareholding

The Company has been informed of the following transactions in its ordinary shares by a Director as follows:

Mr CRW Parish, an executive Director, on 27 February 2015 bought 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 50.0 pence per share for his children.

Mr CRW Parish, an executive Director, on 2 March 2015 transferred 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 52.5 pence per share to his children from his personal holding.

Mr CRW Parish, an executive Director, on 4 March 2015 bought 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 52.0 pence per share for his children.

Following this advice:

Mr CRW Parish has a beneficial holding in the Company of 6,784,775 ordinary shares, representing 10.53% of the Company, together with a non-beneficial holding of 9,777,091 ordinary shares representing 15.17% of the Company. This represents an interest of 25.70% in the total voting rights of the Company.
