Director/PDMR Shareholding
16 July 2010 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a director of the Company.
On 15 July 2010, Chris Callero sold 134,530 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 648.22p per share.
The notification to the Company on 15 July 2010 was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
