Devro plc announces that Beverley Munro, Group Business Excellence Director and PDMR, has advised the Company that on 17 December 2020 she exercised nil-price options over 13,460 Devro plc 10p Ordinary Shares ("Shares") under the Devro 2009 Deferred Share Bonus Plan, and on 18 December sold 9,815 Shares at 1.466 pence per share in order to satisfy the payment of income tax and incidental fees arising from this transaction.
The notifications at the end of the announcement, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further details.
