Purchase of Ordinary Shares by Director

Louis Eperjesi, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has notified the Company that on 28 May 2010 he acquired 55,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 92 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr. Eperjesi's resulting holding in the Company is 145,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
