Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tau Capital plc (the "Company") has received notification from Richard Horlick, a non-executive director of the Company, that on 27 April 2010 under agreement with UBS AG, he has sold 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at USD 0.3800 per share to his pension fund (Standard Life re Mr Richard Horlick) with a purchase price of USD 0.380250. This represents 0.42% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
Following this transaction Mr Horlick has an interest in 9.48% of the Ordinary Shares in issue and voting rights of the Company.
