Centaur Media PLC30 April 2008 Centaur Media plc (the "Company") DIRECTORS'/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS Further to the announcement of 25th April the Company announces that on 24thApril the following executive was granted options over ordinary shares of 10peach in the Company under the terms of the Centaur UK Sharesave Plan 2008 (the"SAYE Scheme"). The SAYE Scheme is an HMRC approved all-employee plan, underwhich SAYE options can currently only be satisfied using existing sharespurchased in the market.
