Director / PDMR Shareholding
PTSG, the niche specialist services provider, hereby notifies the market that, on 19 December 2016, 10,000,000 existing ordinary shares in the Company were placed on behalf of certain directors of the Company ("Director Vendors") and Hawk Investment Holdings Limited (the "Placing"), on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 81.0 pence per share.
Subsequent to the Placing, the Director Vendors and Hawk Investment Holdings Limited are interested in a total of 60.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital as set out below:
