NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 15 November 2011 Les Thomas, a Director of the Company:
* exercised 100,000 share options, being 0.027% of the share capital of the Company, at 128.5 pence per share, such options having been granted on 2 April 2004 under the John Wood Group PLC 2002 (No 1) Executive Share Option Scheme; * exercised 100,000 share options, being 0.027% of the share capital of the Company, at 145 pence per share, such options having been granted on 19 May 2005 under the John Wood Group PLC 2002 (No 1) Executive Share Option Scheme; * sold 200,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange, being 0.054 % of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of £6.5025 per share.
Following those transactions, Mr Thomas has a beneficial interest in 88,732 ordinary shares representing 0.024% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds 40,000 share options.
The Company's listed issued capital consists of 369,375,384 ordinary shares with voting rights.
