The Company has been informed that Karl Sternberg, a non-executive director of the Company, today bought 1,000 ordinary shares of 25p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.80p per share.
Following the above mentioned acquisition, Karl Sternberg is beneficially interested in 9,826 Ordinary Shares.
