MITIE Group PLC ('MITIE/the Company') - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

MITIE announces that on 29 September 2010 Ruby McGregor-Smith, Chief Executive of MITIE, transferred 87,135 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company) to her husband, Graham McGregor-Smith, for nil consideration and that Suzanne Baxter, Group Finance Director of MITIE transferred 61,230 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company) to her husband, Stephen Baxter, for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Ruby McGregor-Smith holds 70,137 shares in the Company (representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company), with the combined holdings of Ruby McGregor-Smith and Graham McGregor-Smith amounting to 341,071 shares in the Company (representing 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company). Suzanne Baxter does not hold any shares in the Company and Stephen Baxter holds 71,230 shares in the Company (representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company).
