UK Mail Group plc announces that David Williamson, a person discharging managerial authority, ("PDMR") has notified the Company that he sold 6,460 UK Mail Group plc Ordinary Shares on 30 September 2010 at a price of 380.10 pence per share, following which he no longer holds any Ordinary Shares in the Company.
