The Company has been notified that on 24 May 2019 Mrs Gioia acquired an interest in 72 ordinary shares of 5p each by means of the purchase of 36 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") (one ADR being equivalent to two shares) on the US over-the-counter market at a price of 492.76 pence per share (being the equivalent of USD$12.72 per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.2907).

As a result of this transaction, Mrs Gioia has an interest in 3,162 ordinary shares (0.0004% of issued share capital).
