National Express Group PLC11 April 2008 National Express Group PLC ('the Company') announces that the following awardsof the Company's ordinary 5 pence shares were made to the two ExecutiveDirectors of the Company on 10 April 2008 (the 'Awards'). The Awards have beenmade in accordance with the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Planapproved at the 2005 AGM. The Awards are granted as nil cost options; thecalculations of the number of shares awarded being based on the middle marketprice on 9 April 2008 of £9.925 per share.
