Genus announces that, further to the vesting of conditional nil-cost options ('Nil-cost Options') on 29 February 2016 under the Company's 2004 Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP'), the following individuals sold ordinary shares in the Company ('Shares') yesterday on the London Stock Exchange to offset income tax, national insurance and social security liabilities due on the exercises:
