Executive Director Share Transaction
Filtrona plc announces that on 07 September 2011, following the satisfaction of performance conditions for an award made in August 2008, a transfer of 91,286 shares was made to Steve Crummett under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan Part B.
Subsequent to the transfer, on 07 September 2011, Steve Crummett sold 48,972 shares at a price of £3.5557 per share in order to settle the income tax and national insurance liability due on the transfer of the shares
Following the transaction the balance of shares transferred to Steve Crummett was 42,314 and the total holding is now 137,600 which represents 0.066% of the shares in Filtrona plc.
