FirstGroup plc - Notification of Directors' Interests in Shares Each Non-Executive Director of the Company (other than David Dunn and AudreyBaxter) has elected to have 40% of his fees in the form of shares in theCompany. Audrey Baxter has elected to have 100% of her fees in the form ofshares in the Company.
