Immunodiagnostic Systems Hldgs PLC10 April 2008 Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc ("the Company") Directors' Dealings The Company was notified on 9 April 2008 of the following transactions byDirectors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and theirConnected Persons. On 9 April 2008, Dr. Roger Duggan, Managing Director of the Company, sold170,933 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 183.5p per share. Following the transaction Dr. Duggan has a beneficial interest in the Company'sissued ordinary share capital of 2,222,927 Ordinary Shares representing 9.27 percent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. The sale of shares was necessitated by Dr Duggan's wish to finance the purchaseof a new family home and he has no plans to dispose of further shares for theforeseeable future.
