HOME RETAIL GROUP PLC (the "Company")
PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company has today received notification of the following transaction in its Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("ordinary shares") by a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR).
Award made under the terms of the Home Retail Group Performance Share Plan.
The Company made an award on 1 March 2012 under the terms of the Company's Performance Share Plan. The maximum number of ordinary shares that could vest for no consideration is as follows:
