On 20 September 2010, RSA Insurance Group plc (the "Company") received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 27.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") by PDMRs.
On 15 September 2010, grants of options under the Company's Sharesave Plan were awarded to the PDMRs listed below. The options may be exercised at a fixed price of £1.00 per share.
