Notification of Director's Share Transaction

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R.

The Company announces that it has been notified by Grahame Whateley, its non-executive Chairman, that on 20 January 2014 Castlemore Securities FURBS Scheme, an entity in which Mr Whateley is interested, purchased 2,400,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each nominal value in the Company, at a price of 26 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Whateley is interested in 7,655,171 of the Company's Ordinary Shares.
